Hi, I’m Sarah Jones, a qualified therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people like you turn off their panic buttons and find peace.
In this course, I’ll guide you through an approach that goes beyond traditional methods, giving you the tools to break free from anxiety and depression once and for all.
Over the course of five days, you’ll learn how to recognise, reprogram, and build resilience against anxiety, depression, and overwhelm.
We start on the 25th November with the live at 7:00 PM.
Each day I will personally guide you through around 90-minute sessions that will teach you practical strategies to support your mental wellbeing using easy to use strategies and takeaways.
This course also includes access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, share progress, and connect with others going through the same journey.
I’ll be available in the group to offer additional support throughout the week too.
Here’s what you’ll experience each day:
Day 1: Recognise
We’ll dive into the essentials of neuroscience in a way that’s easy to understand. This foundation will help you make sense of your feelings and see how anxiety takes hold, giving you new clarity on how your mind works.
Day 2: Reprise
"Reprise" means returning to the beginning. To heal, your brain needs to remember what safety feels like. Today, we’ll explore techniques to help you reconnect with this feeling, creating the foundation for lasting change.
Day 3: Reorganise
This is where the magic happens! With your nervous system feeling safer, we’ll begin to reorganize thoughts and emotions from within—the key to long-term transformation. You’ll learn a simple, powerful somatic exercise that naturally taps into peaceful feelings.
Day 4: Revitalise
Anxiety and depression often disrupt harmony between the left and right sides of the brain. Today, you’ll discover eye movement exercises that re-sync your emotional (right brain) and logical (left brain) processing, revitalizing your outlook.
Day 5: Revolutionise
With these new tools in place, you’re ready to embrace a future where peace is possible. We’ll wrap up by exploring ways to “future-proof” your new mindset, so anxiety and depression can no longer take control.
