I have deep experience in childhood & complex trauma and PTSD. When I was 8 my mum was in serious car crash which changed our lives forever.

It was only when I discovered body based therapies that my PTSD symptoms began to shift.

I have now trained in many modalities and bring to you a blend of somatic, relational, and neuroscience-informed techniques (EMDR, nervous system regulation).

I've now helped hundreds of clients rewire their brains and RESET their nervous systems to achieve more success in life.
